Within one week, we'll have a free on-site meeting to discuss the project such as setbacks, size limits, utility connections. You will receive our feasibility report contract and we will review it with you and answer any other questions you may have.

By week three, you'll have signed our feasibility contract and paid the initial fee (credited toward the full project if you proceed). We begin gathering all of our supporting info and keep you updated on progress and billing.

After about 4 weeks we will present a comprehensive feasibility report outlining the total project cost—combining your fixed ADU price with property-specific expenses—to ensure no hidden fees. We will then enter a site work contract with these fixed costs.

Within another four weeks plus building department processing time (typically 4-8 weeks per local guidelines), sign the building contract and start construction once permits are issued; site work takes 2-3 weeks, followed by 16-30 weeks of building to complete your ADU.
